Details that follow are for one-off hireage of the hall, which includes the café, kitchen and toilets, and comes along with usage of chairs, tables, heating/cooling facilities, free wifi, and large screen TV and audio system for computer/phone media.
If you require a regular booking, which may also include bookings of smaller side rooms, contact us to discuss your requirements. If technical assistance, or other special facilities or arrangements are required, there will be an additional charge.
Charges:
Half-day, small groups: $85 + cleaning bond $55.
Half-day, large groups: $125 + cleaning bond $90.
Full-day, small groups: $125 + cleaning bond $55.
Full-day, large groups: $230 + cleaning bond $90.
Definitions:
- Small group: up to 40 people
- Large group: over 50 people
- Half day: morning or afternoon or evening for periods of 1 to 4 hours.
- Whole day: where a booking extends from morning into afternoon regardless of total time.
Notes:
- The cleaning bond is refundable if premises are left in a clean and tidy condition.
- All above amounts are inclusive of GST
- Usage of premises is on the understanding that the activities are carried out in a manner that does not compromise the church’s Christian character.
- Charges are set so as to be both as affordable as possible for users and also help us offset some of the expenses in making this space available for use for the community; we’re not a business and do not make a profit from hiring out facilities.
